How do colored tips look on curly hair?

I have dark brown, fairly curly hair. I've been thinking about dying my tips deep red (and yes, I know I'll need to use bleach!) I was wondering if anyone knows how colored tips look in curly hair, or have any advice on bleaching/ dyeing tips in curly hair. (pictures would be great!)How do colored tips look on curly hair?

I wouldn't worry too much about whether it will look nice, because you can always cut it off! :) Otherwise, just make sure to follow the instructions on the box. These pages might help:
