OMG... i had the same problem but i started using pantiene curling mouse its the red one! i love it all i do is put a hanful of it in my hand and then rub it between my hands and i scruch it in my hair and dont use too much or else it will become all hard!! eww
wash your hair and towel dry it, and then blow dry it and set it onto rollers (either velcro or heated, doesnt matter) for ten minutes. then take them out and they'll have left lovely curls
Get a good stylist to cut it.
