My friend has got like kind of curly hair and he trimmed it shorter and it looks more straight. What is the difference ?If you trim curly hair what difference does it make from cutting it ?
The trimming has no effect on hair going straight, if anything it should curl up even more if he trimmed it because what falls flat is dead ends, since he cut those off then his hair should have been much bouncier... So you got me on that one.





Maybe he changed his products or the way he styled his hair... Maybe his hair was washed with cool water instead of warm water which is much better to prevent frizziness...





There's many other reasons why his hair might have fallen straight other than the trim.

My boys have big curls when they grow their hair out. If they just trim the ends it will remain curly. If they cut it short it will be straight because it will not be long enough to curl. Their hair is not curly from the roots, only the ends. Now my hair is curly from the roots! Long or short it will always be curly.
Well trimming it takes the dead ends off the hair. While cutting it gets loads choped of than getting it trimmed. So get it trimmed and by the way trimming it helps it 2 grow xx From experiance Hope i helped
