My curly hair that is the closest to the nape of my neck is not nearly as long as the rest of my hair. It seems to not grow as fast either. I didn't notice this problem when I was younger, but it is more prevelant now that I have turned thirty.Why does curly hair near the nape of the neck not grow as long as the rest of the hair?
i have the same problem, i think its just because the hair there is more damaged from pony tails and knots
