I have long thick, curly hair and saw this on tv does it work?Does the instyler work for thick curly hair?
The Instyler doesn't work that well period. My niece has thick, curly hair as well (she is 3/4 black and 1/4 white) and it wasn't getting close to her roots enough without burning her. And then it really didn't do anything, it looked....dry. And then it is very noisy, it tangles the hair, the bristles pull out the hair (and you can feel it), and have you ever brushed your hair while using a blow dryer and the bristles get very soft and it is hard to brush? The Instyler does the same exact thing, they could at least made it heat resistant and stronger. I actually had to stop using it so it could cool down and the bristles could work. Pretty much it sucks booty. You can always try it for 14.99 plus shipping is about 24 dollars and send it back after a week if you don't like it; that is what I did.Does the instyler work for thick curly hair?
Dont even waste your money sweetheart!!!
YUCK!!!
I was upset because I wasted my money.
I gathered my friends and we tried it on each others hair and it just was not as I expected.
It also kinda big and bulky so you wont be able to do it on your own hair.
I think it was a good idea but wrong in the product.
It does not add shine like advertised and its heavy.
I find myself going back to my ol faithful CHI Iron... Just gets too hot... so i wrap my hair to keep it up instead of adding heat everyday
not as good as it does on tv b/c its hard to get it really close to your head but yeah, it works pretty well. you just have to do it really small sections at a time.
no, i have thick curly hair to , and the instyler is crap .
it doesnt workk
most of the time:)
