never brush hair after it's dry,that's what makes it frizzy-you're separating the curls. Instead,brush wet,apply a leave in conditioner,then I use mousse,gel then hairspray,in that order and scrunch.Let it air dry or use a diffuser,but a regular blow dryer makes it unruly. I have the most amazing hair,and didn't know it was curly not frizzy until 10th grade.If it starts to frizz during the day,just wet your hands and ';smooth and scrunch';.
