How would you cut your curly hair besides layers?

I would like nice hair cut besides layer. Any other suggestions.How would you cut your curly hair besides layers?

I have curly hair, and am going through a ';i want a new hairstyle'; moment right now too.



But as far as leaving it curly, really we have few options, short medium or long. =] helpful right?

I love layers, and side bangs are great, I have them, somedays curly, somedays straight. poof them up, cut them short and have them all hang in the front. curl them. mix it up.



I straighten mine too, to give it more looks.

So if you get it cut, and you like to straighten, make sure you get something that will look good both ways. Then you will have so many more ways to do your hair. keeping it long? that will take forever to straighten, but will look great. Just don't damage your hair EVERY day. : ]



The thing for us with curly hair is, you find a cut that looks good on you, and then you mess with the style. As in how you wear it everyday, because we can't change the type of our hair very well we have to learn to use our hair the way it is, and look hot doing it. haha



yeah it takes work, you cold just perm. straighten it, but, please don't! you have curly hair, and I know you love it, so work with it! Few options for cuts, so focus on the look, flip through magizines, find new ways to do your hair, experiment, let your girls mess with it, ask some guys, have fun!

ok there is a technique that i use on some of my clients and it works great there is no name for it but what you do is take a small section of the hair twist several times then run the scissors up and down that section thus giving even texture throughout that section do that allover the hair but not too near the roots about 2inchs away ,especially at the parting area .you cant go wrong with this technique on curly hair good luck!!!
