What shampoos and conditioners are good for curly hair?

that will embrace my curls i have 3a or 3b hair. if you've had experience from the brand that would be great... or if you've heard of a brand that works too! thx in advance :)What shampoos and conditioners are good for curly hair?

Any conditioner that has a high moisture content. Unfortunately most shampoos on the market have sodium laureth, sodium lauryl or ammonium laureth sulfates, which strip the hair of oil and dry it out. Seeing as your hair is curly, your hair is probably more on the dry side. But any sulfate-free shampoo should work fine on curly hair, Creme of Nature is a good brand.
