Leave in conditioner. Any conditioner for curly hair that protects your hair from getting frizzy.

It is keeping your hair hydrated and healthy while it is still preventing frizz. Don't use just any conditioner use one that's for curly hair and for frizzy hair. It will condition your hair and still keep it looking gorgeous. Get regular trims, even if it's the smallest amount-it makes a HUGE difference. Drink good amounts of water and eat healthy. The most important thing would be to stay away from hot tools! How do i keep my curly hair healthy?
gel is not the best thing to use. curl cream will make your curls much softer, especially morrocan oil curl cream. to keep it healthy, don't straighten it or use any heat tools on it. (if you must flat iron, no more than 1-3 times a month.) wash it every other day, NOT everyday. use conditioner specified for curly hair only. (devacurl conditioner is the best but its 18 dollars a bottle and can only be found at ulta.) when it comes to conditioner, anything from the drugstore or grocery store with the word Curl on it will work. Also, if your hair is dry or damaged use hair masks. Frederic Fekkai (you can buy this at bath and body works) makes the best hair mask for damaged hair, but its thirty dollars for a little tub of it. Herbal Essances makes a hair mask that is less expensive and you can buy it at the grocery store. DO NOT use shampoo every time you wash your hair, use it once a week. (you really dont need to use shampoo, sounds crazy but it works. all it does is dry hair out, especially curly hair.) lastly, do not use a hair brush on your hair or it'll be dry and really poofy (comb it with a plastic wide tooth comb when its wet), but you probably already know that.
I have really curly hair and in order to make it somewhat tame I use a lot of products, but it leaves my hair feeling dead at the end of the day.

My co-worker turned me onto Fish Oil tablets. I take one a day (in the morning) and it helps not only my hair look unbelievably healthy, but my nails and skin as well. It's very inexpensive and makes all your attributes look great.
You need to use a conditioner to smooth out the frizzieness. Have you ever permed your hair? If so you may need a special conditioner for permed hair.
